Financial compensation based on experience

Experience

Professional fabrication experience including machining, custom fabrication, and hydraulics systems
Familiarity with basic electronic circuits
Basic working proficiency in CAD and CAM systems

The Master Fabricator should voluntarily take on the responsibility of guiding our team into developing the skills needed to execute our vision within your specific domain, i.e. craftsmanship, machining, and fabrication.

Prototype fabrication quality control.
Training our team in how to properly operate machinery, use tools, and coordinate the fabrication process.
Instilling a sense of pride in craftsmanship and inspiring others towards mastery.
Designing shop organization strategy with management team.
Enforcing shop conduct standards covering safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness.
Advising the Director of Learning in developing curriculum covering fabrication and machining.
