The Master Fabricator should voluntarily take on the responsibility of guiding our team into developing the skills needed to execute our vision within your specific domain, i.e. craftsmanship, machining, and fabrication.

Building prototypes
Leading teams of fabricators and apprentices in prototyping and production runs
Prototype fabrication quality control
Training our team in machine operation and tool use
Coordinating the fabrication process
Instilling a sense of pride in craftsmanship and inspiring others towards mastery
Designing shop organization strategy with management team
Enforcing shop conduct standards covering safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness
Advising the Director of Learning in developing curriculum covering fabrication and machining
