Flashy XM Specification

Flashy XM is a platform designed to meet these specifications:

• Provides overall GVCS development perspective including on-the-ground implementation at FeF or other locations
• Facilitates Flash Mob development sessions by showing a map and list of participants, and by showing announcements of the next Flash Mob Session
• Allows anyone in the world with an internet connection to view the work product of all OSE Projects worldwide
