The open version of an IP Contract for Shuttleworth Fellows is available here: http://www.opencounsel.net/resources.php

On the resources page at opencounsel you can see more legal resources for download, which you are welcome to load onto open source ecology. I will making more Shuttleworth and other open legal resources available there as I have time, and I'll ping you as I put them up.

I am attaching the open version for you to load on the wiki (see below). In the one that I am sending you I've replaced the Shuttleworth Funded logo used in that version with the current Shuttleworth funded logo. You will notice that the licence the Foundation prefers is CC By.
