- Expenses shall be updated on an ongoing basis with up to a 24 hour delay for updates during working days
- Income shall be updated on an ongoing basis upon money entering any account with up to a 24 hour delay for updates during working days
- Reporting shall be posted on the front page of the wiki - linked to OSE_Financial_Transparency_2012
- Each item shall be categorized by Grant or Source and by area (agriculture, construction, machine dev, overhead, etc)
- Use columns for those labels so that whole list is organized automatically by Sort Sheet in Google Doc, see example
