OSE Design Sprints Introduction Video

Ideal Design Sprint

A design sprint should have these contributors outside of the Sprint Master, and currently, we could have 4 Sprint Masters at Factor e Farm - Product Lead, Documentation Manager, Technical Community Manager, and ED.

Participants for every Sprint Instance:

  1. [1] Sprint Master - Directs people to the necessary tasks. 1 Sprint Master needed. If there is more than one, this Sprint Master should set up their own Sprint Session. Sprint Master prepares a 1 paragraph-1 page Brief to
  2. [6]Module-Based Design Breakdown - breaking down every machine into the smallest components possible. See CEB Press at Dozuki. 6 people could easily work on a large Google Drawing in realtime to fill in each component.
  3. [6] Interface Design - Once modules are specified, it should be made clear how they fit together. This could be a realtime Google Drawing in screenshots of machine parts.
  4. [2] A graphics artist could make concise infographics to make concepts transparent.
