- Note everything here ends up at top plate
- The interior bathroom door and laundry wall are taller than 9' because they reach to the underside of the second story subfloor, or almost 10'. Maybe finish below the joists, and connect to joists?
- Stairway x position may need slight adjustment - see Stairs
