In order for a facility to call itself an OSE facility, we recommend the following standards:

1. It engages in testing and development of GVCS technologies, with technology set listed at Open+Pario 2. It publishes openly on all results, and utilizing Open+Pario for project management and design repository. 3. It demonstrates and publishes viable business models of post-scarcity production based on the GVCS technologies.
