Review Process

Review process includes a monthly self-evaluation. For the self-evaluation, here is the checklist:

Logging

• Have you kept a log?
• Have you posted all your work product in your log?
• Have you done monthly planning and review?

Self-Assessment

• What are your main accomplishments for the month? List 3-5.
• What worked for you this month?
• What didn't work, and how could it be improved?
• What is your plan for next month?
• What is the major milestone that you'd like to say you accomplished after this coming month?

Project Planning

• Assess your Critical Path Diagram for accuracy, usefulness, and whether your predicted milestone completion matched the reality.
• Assess your Milestone Tasks spreadsheet for meeting goals.
• Does your financial plan meet the reality?
