• 2004 - OSE Incorporated for the first time in Madison, Wisconsi
• 2005 - OSE moves from Wisconsin to Missouri, rents land in Osborn, Missouri
• 2006 - OSE settles on 30 acres in Maysville, Missouri
• 2006 - Earthbag Hut built
• Oct 2007 - Factor e Farm Blog started
• 2007 - 30 acre parcel named Factor e Farm
• Nov 2007 - Cordwood Hut addition built
• 2007 - First brick press prototype built in lean-to workshop
• 2008 - First open source tractor prototype built
• 2009 - Power Cube, Microtractor, Soil Pulverizer, Brick Press II, and Heavy Duty Drill Press prototypes built
• 2010 - 8 of the 50 machine prototypes built
• 2011 - Project reaches the world stage with the Global Village Construction Set TED Talk.
