On January 5, 2009, I have kicked off the 1000 True Fans funding campaign - see initial blog post - []. This was right after we built the first prototype of the brick press - a manually-controlled version with a small hopper (see discussion in The CEB Story) - and the first prototype of the tractor. This was a time when we operated on no budget - and I decided put all the resources into critical machines.
