Simplest implementation:

• Draw up RFPs. These must be significant enough that visible and substantial progress is made on OSE work - but they must be small enough that they are clearly defined.
• Post these at opensourceecology.org
• Create a wiki page with donation buttons, which are logged into a graph of funding as soon as donations come in - through a form that the funders themselves fill out.
