Requirement

  • 1' wide stem wall
  • Shallow insulated footer
  • 2"x10" forms
  • Stands 1-2" above floor
  • Includes concrete pad for Hydronic Stove and for bathroom
  • Provision must be made that CEB walls do not risk water damage in the event of house flooding via water leaks
  • Foundation plan facilitates installation of CEB floor
  • Foundation plan facilitates installation of hydronic heating
  • Foundation plan facilitates installation of water and power lines in perimeter of floor
  • Makes provisions for extension of foundation on corners - via stubbing out of rebar
