I run a small-scale bread bakery and work with local farmers for most of my grains so am interested in OSE as it applies to all aspects of this production such as seed planting, combine harvesting, hulling, seed cleaning, grain storage, milling, and baking. I'm particularly interested in assisting with the combine project.
