This is straightforward for workshops located at OSE facilities. For on-site workshops, site cleaning and preparation is required.
For workshops in other locations, due diligence has to be taken to:
- secure a venue
- assuring the space has the proper space and AV requiremnts,
- dealing with any paperwork required
- Catering or any other provisions
- Costs involved
- Travel and material transportation needs
