Basics

- A combination of car/bike parking space, benches, Open Source Public Toiletrooms Open Source Public Bath/Shower Houses, lodging space, camping space, and small stores.

- Allows for Public Sanitation + Cleanliness, and therefore public health

- May also help develop small businesses + community development
