Some people argue against net neutrality. Net neutrality is on the surface a democratic concept that allows the same speed of access for all types of content. Thus, this allows for democratic access to information. If internet speeds are high, net neutrality should be present. If there are real constraints on internet speeds - ie, if there is bandwidth scarcity - net neutrality comes up as an issue. It appears that there are no bandwidth limits, and net neutrality should be preserved at all costs - opinion of OSE.

However, the net neutrality debate is hot, and is a great frontier of human freedom. Some people argue against net neutrality.
