Employee is a controversial term to OSE. It is important to clarify the distinction between livelihood, righ livelihood, and employment.
OSE is interested in transforming the human culture from employment to the pursuit of self-determination. We must start by asking - what is the history of employment? What is the relationship of employment to capitalism? What is the relationship of employment to the Economy of Affection?
