  1. Test 5V spark with 5V DC USB supply and cutoff USB cord. Use Helping Hands to hold wire, start with max separation and move in to determine max spark gap. Stop when you have sparks beginning.
    1. Take video clip, post on FB.
  2. Use spark ignitor element with the above to see if the spark ignitor is activated.
    1. Take video - positive or negative results.
  3. Test Neon light supply. Measure max spark gap as in #1.

  4. Use neon light supply to see if spark ignitor is activated.

  5. Set up torch in a holder to test ignition distance above table. Use acetylene only, no oxygen. Point torch to table at 1/2" away from surface. Place ignitor off to the side. Start with 3" away and keep moving away to see max ignition distance.
    1. Take video of ignition event. Take another video with max distance away, acetylene only.
