Yes, those are correct. Youll need to make a new needle file with the new measurements. Based on this diagram: https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/OSE_CircularKnitic_v18.03#Needles

Then youll make a profile of the machine size you want https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/OSE_CircularKnitic_v18.03#Variable_Profiles

Then update those file names at the top of the variables file. https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/OSE_CircularKnitic_v18.03#CKvars.scad

after that you can render each file to check and export for printing

Which brother needle are you using? I could get one and measure if you need. I could help make any of those files too.
