Upload FreeCAD files as soon as you have them with the 60 Second Rule. A FreeCAD file should be on the within 60 seconds of creating or editing it. This allows near realtime collaboration. This also serves as a backup for your files - and trust me that will help you not lose files accidentally. Do not wait until the end of the day - upload after your first few minutes of work and keep uploading new versions.
