Equivalent of fair trade - for funding.

Possible sources of funding, in order of most fair to least fair, are:

  1. Bootstrapping revenue
  2. Investment with friends and family
  3. Grants
  4. Crowd funding
  5. Zero interest loans
  6. Loans
  7. Foundations
  8. Social responsibility funding
  9. Outside investors
  10. Venture capital
