CM Critique of sponsorship: that adds a whole level of complexity, and make a hard project even harder. Not only do we have to prepare the program, we need to raise money for sponsorship.
$25k to sponsors. Need to justify cost: absolutely! Build houses, 3d printers, tractors. Learn collaborative design.
Also - many corporates need one year.
Summary so far: Young guys, the potential idealist movement entrepreneurs - who don't know that in a business, more money has to come in than leave - will want the program, and they are eager to learn. Not industry-standard entrepreneurs or seasoned builders. They are established and think they know better. Gary, Dan, Brett, Drew, etc. Nobody thought that our method was superior.

Pivot: building entrepreneurs don't want to learn. Young people do. Young people do not have money. Need to fund them. Solution: the Promo Video of All Time, showing how one goes from a 3D printer to CNC torch table to build tractors to build a house.
Critique of Epic Promo of the Century - it will get people excited, but not think they can do it themselves.
CM solution: simple video where you get convinced that you can also build a house. No bearded bikers please. CM - excited to see a woman building a house.
2 videos needed: epic entrepreneur will like the epic video. But make epic video second. First is OB video.
Clients we HAVE TO GET. Entrepreneurs - not really necessary. We can hire them and crash course teach them.
CM can do a custom job in 2-4 days.
Goal is how to get people - and retain them.
Maybe its 1000 people to weed out to get to 500.
