OSE proposes these elements of a prosperous city state:

Flat tax - remove all loopholes.
Energy - renewable energy
Military - no standing armies. Like Switzerland.
Education - similar to Acton Academy
Money - backed by valuable assets, and not meaningless
Freedom - no regulations against anything, only regulations for
