An entrepreneur solves problems by rapid learning. Here we present a resource for rapid learning for anyone who wants to engage in solving housing: ie, producing houses for themselves or for others to provide the highest quality result at the lowest possibly cost by using open source collaboration.

You see - any complex task can be broken down into bitesize chunks.

So here we have a pattern language. There is 120 identified modules.

(Pattern language of 120 parts)

Each gets full CAD, BOM, Icon, Build Instructions.

And - by breaking this down into small pieces - a very large swarm of people can develop this meaning document and CAD up - over a weekend!

The final outcome is a publication that allows you to design, redesign, and build. It allows you do use building blocks - like legos - as icons, CAD files, and real build procedures. You can change the house to any size, interior wall arrangement and layout - and

(40 different models)

tis is work that is impossible for even the largest companies. Because they do not collaborate openly with the rest of the world. And - pretty soon - the whole product book must be rewritten with a different or updated house model.

The key is 100% digital design - a full CAD model - which never happens in practice because the build is left to the contractors and trades. In our model, there is zero waste and every piece of material is accounted for. This means a very efficient build. And, designed for average people to build if they would like to do so themselves. This means cost defined to the single dollar, build procedure to the hour.
