I backed the OBI project on Kickstarter and have been following the progress since then. I am a semi-retired computer programmer with a degree in Economics and accounting experience. My interests include ham radio, maker projects, 3D printing, etc. I'd like to learn FreeCAD. My father was a building contractor, so I have some building experience from many years ago.
