Marcin/Catarina. In order to get SBIR/STTR, we need a company entity to file with. If Catarina owns 51%, the company would be a women owned business and can qualify for sole source contracts and get exclusive contract terms for 9 years. Since everything is open source and education are via non profit entities, it doesn't really matter. Ideally we would have a real company that does sales and e-commerce. We would need a name and legal zoom filing. regeneration.ventures regeneration.agency regeneration.shop brands could work

What makes sense in terms of structure?
