Brian met David Marsh - JC KS #2021-8408, HAAG Certified Commercial & Residential Insp who had experience in the KCMO permit process who had some good insights on streamlining

• 5 days is possible but after the foundation is in (because who knows what you find when you start digging and need to address)
• if you get a master plan approved into the title block, you don't need designs approved again on future builds
• you can hire an approved 3rd party inspector architecture/structural engineer to fast track the inspection process.
