I wanted to formally write a complaint against Open Source Ecology as per the Whistleblower Policy used by this organization. I wrote it elsewhere and moved it here.

During this month's building project "extreme build experience" (at Factor E Farm in Maysville December 8-22, 2022) Marcin Jakubowski racially segregated his employees before proceeding to terminate their employment before project ended. Racial discrimination in the workplace is unlawful and I want it to be made aware that Open Source Ecology is unlawfully discriminating against its employees on the basis of race.
