Governance of a distributive enterprise ecosystem, consisting of people who have demonstrated leadership within its constituent distributive enterprises. It is based on merit and the term of service varies based on continued demonstrated leadership capacity. It is like a council of Elders referring to merit, experience, and good faith adherence to the goals of DMS.
