Who has grit physically, and is a knowledge worker? We give people a 4 year chance to build this character, through discipline. This is West Point for creating a peacetime economy.
This gets those people on the bus who are young and hungry. At 18, they must have already demonstrated a farmer work ethic discipline. Now it's time for disciplined thought - and disciplined action is what people learn in our program.
