Narrative

The current program of OSE is building an Apprenticeship program to a core model of 24 builders who build one house in 5 days on an ongoing basis, with several starts at any given time. The several starts allows us to shift between projects as we meet inspection schedules.

We are currently finishing the 1000 hour per 1300 sf Seed Eco-Home build requirement, with a $60k materials budget that includes the 6kW of rooftop photovoltaics.
