2023 Concept

In 2023, OSE began inquiry into the possibility of a special corporate form and taxation zone category for Distributive Enterprise (DE) - for creating special economic zones, WSLEs, SSLEs, and Network States. This process starts with defining requirements and incentives - ie - the design guidelines for a DE entity. Distributive Enterprise carries additional costs of documentation, rapid learning, enterprise dissemination, and collaborative development community management that are to be offset by tax advantages for a DE. These advantages are to hold until the market cost structure is reset once Distributed Market Substitution occurs. The intent of the new corporate form is to promote widespread dissemination of DEs worldwide, while helping such operations to become financially sustainable. The audience is both state and non-state actors, and it is part of DE Certification for OSE.
