This is a subset of NEETs [1] who opt out of the workforce because of their critique of society, as in Critical Theory. These individuals are high performing, but are not interested in climbing the corporate ladder or taking on a herd lifestyle as influenced by ethical grounds. The ethical ground is 'not wanting to participate in a destructive economic system'.
