Key missing elements in today's civilization building revolves around inertia. New institutions typically build with the errors of old ones, instead of starting from an earlier point that considers current global conditions. Overspecialization compounds this issue: people do not know how to collaborate, and true communication flows between disciplines are not possible because people know little outside their discipline. Thus ny design, their integration decisions cannot be sound. The solution is integrated education for true stewardship, where moral intelligence and philosophy hits the road along with execution of technical creation process.
