Windows emulator for Linux.

Using Playonlinux - https://www.playonlinux.com/en/#google_vignette - installed vis the Software Manager on Linux Mint

I deleted Wine itself. Does that work?

No. Installed wine.

Install

Installing on LM 20 - [1]

Run QGIS
