AAV for Toilet

Currently we use an air admittance valve for the toilet on the second floor of the Rosebud model of the Seed Eco-Home.

Update 2024': In practice, we omitted the AAV, but left a placeholder for it in SH4. Because we use the Philadelphia System, an AAV should not be needed.
