These are done retroactively here in Florida pretty often (with all the Sinkholes / people building on drained wetlands/in Floodplains ), so from a Lifetime Design perspective this is really neat!

“Ratchet Jack” was some local company, basically would drill down to bedrock and jack up the slumping foundation on those drilled posts for support THEN repair
