We are designing a method for recruiting 24 candidates to the OSE Apprenticeship over a short period of 3 months. Normally, recruiting for a significant program may take much longer, so to recruit successfully on a much shorter scale, we are taking the following steps to widen reach. This has costs of approximately $250k involved with this program.
