The OSE Fellowship gives $100,000 to young people who want to build an open source civilization.

4 years. $100k. Otherwise the revolution will not be funded.

What: Founded by educator and builder Marcin Jakubowski in 2025, the OSE Fellowship is a four-year program for young people who want to re-imagine and re-build the world. OSE Fellows skip out a traditional career path to receive a $100,000 grant and support from Open Source Ecology's network for change.

The OSE Fellowship is a four-year, $100,000 work-study grant for exceptional young people who want to learn how to learn, collaborate openly, develop their character and leadership skills, and innovate on solving pressing world issues.


Announcing the OSE Fellowship. The Fellowship provides young individuals with $100,000 work study grant and access to a global network of open society changemakers to pursue collaborative, innovative, entrepreneurial projects. The fellowship is designed for individuals who are willing to forego a traditional path to focus on global collaboration toward solving pressing world issues full-time.

Requirements:

  • Age 18-22 - for people who choose to opt out of college education or stop out of college.
  • Exceptional desire to change the world with open collaboration, towards an open source economy which is not based on scarcity business models

We also offer the OSE Apprenticeship - a 4 year immersion open to all age groups and focusing on change agent skill development while engaging in building affordable eco-homes.
