I am a biological engineering student that is about to graduate from the University of Georgia. I’ve always been described as a “tree hugger” and have always had a fascination with inventors and technology. I always dreamed for a more complete union between humans and the natural world. To this end, i have studied biotechnology and genetic/metabolic engineering and have much practice in sustainable materials engineering.

Ultimately, i want to empower people to take back their means of subsistence from large corporations and global power structures. While I believe government is necessary for general welfare and organization of people, it has become an “us versus them” dynamic due to the predatory nature of the kleptocracy and oligarchy that runs rampant (in the united states, at least) and divides our people and destroys our planet. Rather than violent takeover, it is possible for us to take their power out from under them by proving our capability for subsistence. I believe this website will help us do just that, and I feel I have the mind to make great contributions to it
