Here's my updated list - what are the credentials required, licenses required, ecuation required, and how to hack all of these systems OSE style so we deliver higher integration and performance at lower cost?

For open source ecology, we would like to set up several businesses, so that we can teach students about these businesses. And we learn these businesses by doing them. These include everything related to house construction:

  1. Developer
  2. Co-developer/Partner, if any
  3. General contractor
  4. Consultants
  5. Architect
  6. Project manager
  7. Lead construction lender
  8. Marketing agent
  9. Attorney
  10. Surveyor
  11. Civil Engineer
  12. Geotechnical Engineer
  13. Landscape Architect
  14. House Designer
  15. Scanning, Twinning (3D), for visualization and earthworks/construction automation
  16. Landscape Designer (landscaping, plantscaping, hardscaping, waterscaping, Mycoirrigation)
