Steam Engine Build Instructions

Description

The cylinder mounting bracket fastens the valve end of the steam engine to the base plate.

Instructions

Using half inch steel plate:

  1. Cut a rectangle 2.0" wide by 8.5" long.
  2. Drill two 0.5" dia holes 1.0" from each end at 0.5" from the edge.
  3. Cut a second rectangle 1.0" wide by 8.5" long.
  4. Drill two 0.5" dia holes 2.0" from each end at 0.5" from the edge.
  5. Weld pieces together.
