Am a Registered Builder (CORBON F.2445) and construction management expert with over a decade of professional experience in both academia and project execution. Holding a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Building from Imo State University, I combine deep theoretical knowledge with extensive practical leadership in the built environment. this have put a quest to build a sustainable farm cities in the Niger Delta
My professional background includes serving as a Lecturer and Head of the Building Technology Department at Imo State Polytechnic, where I was responsible for curriculum, project supervision, and departmental leadership. Beyond teaching, I have a proven track record in the Planning, Scheduling, Executing, Monitoring, and Evaluation of diverse construction projects, including residential and multi-storey buildings.
My key focus career has been on process optimization and safety, creating resilient cities in the swarmpy Niger Delta. I think Open Source ecology is the very right place to start globally looking at Artificial intelligence (AI), Internet Of Things (IOTs), smart homes construction, Robotics, open geo-spartial data and machinery availability, etc would be instrumental in reducing workplace accidents by 70% through improved safety practices and adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations on sites. This drive for efficiency and standardization which aligns closely with the Open Source Ecology mission of creating accessible, replicable technology. Am proficient in critical construction software such as MsProject, Oracle Primavera P6, and possesses foundational skills in Python and AutoCAD, which supports a technical and scalable approach to building and development. Some clusters in the swarmpy Niger Delta would be generating over 100million kg of fish annually when provided with smart homes through city-to-farm project I know that will also attract more younger generation into greener earth.
