Includes bakery, barbecue, self-serve sandwiches, snacks, dairy, soup kitchen, salad bar, Freeze Dried Fruit Powders, slow cookers (crockpots), etc. Can be used for feeding crews. Can be implemented as a transportable 8x16 foot trailer in emergency situations.
