- Cut 1/2"X6"x12" plate
- Cut 1/2"x4"x6" plate
- Mag drill [4] 3/4" holes in 6"x12: plate
- Mag drill [2] 1" pin holes on each 4"x6" plate
- Weld 1" drilled out nut onto 4"x6" plates
- Weld assembly together with cylinder pin in place (prevents shifting)
- Lay assembly in place on frame, and pin bottom of main cylinder into it
