It is a method of operating in an open source product development process. It means you do all at the same time:

  1. Sit on ass meaning organizational and computer work
  2. Sourcing meaning connecting materials and actual purchases to the work
  3. Generating clear visible value to fund that work as a direct outcome of your activity
  4. Producing strategic documents
  5. Documenting the same on your work log
  6. Reconciling that with your critical path and the overall critical path of the organization
  7. Following color collaborative literacy to be consulted to be informed to be in charge of to be subordinate, etc., as demanded by the situation
  8. Engaging in financial analysis
  9. Engaging in hands-on build of the same
  10. engaging in mentorship from someone else while doing this
  11. documenting on cloud collaborative docs
  12. Generating cad files
  13. Documenting with intent to teach
  14. automating at the same time and using other tools for zero marginal cost generation
  15. Addressing scale ability of the process
  16. Operating at multiple times scale from immediate needs to long-term goals
  17. Taking pictures in the video
  18. Working openly, or leaving a paper trail where somebody else can follow you completely
  19. Always thinking about continuous process improvement such that no task is ever done the same way
  20. Working on site physically and contributing to the global village
  21. Addressing granular operational detail which can be replicated by anyone else based on documentation, such that local dependence is not built in
