Exam

  • In the RLF, you have 1000 tools, with performance data on time and quality documented doe each. For the 4 year apprenticeship, we start you as a construction manager at outlier pay, pending 90% and up score in the tool test
  • for 1000 techniques, in a well organized space, there may be several techniques per tool. Common tools have the highest number of techniques, such as a hammer - or hammer in combo with other tools such as punches or pry bars etc.
  • the exam takes 8 hours, or as long as a person takes to complete it.
  • 1000 tasks are done, meaning the person needs to be fluent in each tool. Each tool has specific technique. Even so.pke tasks, such as snapping a string, have a dozen details of how to execute. A fluent person engages in a dozen technique points within seconds.
  • Tools are degenerate. We select only a subset of optimized tools.
  • There is no separate tool and technique exam. They ate one. Tools are assumed for technique - as oneust understand a tool prior to using it to demonstrate a technique. This, tools are subsumed in technique.

Collaboration

  • Exercise - take the 30k pictures from sh4 and list all tool technique used in one hour.
