Tracks

Source - [1] Future Builders Academy operates as a track ecology. The Future Builders Enterprise Formation Track (FBEFT) produces real surplus and financial freedom through hardcore production. The Civilization Design Track allows designers, engineers, and information workers to contribute low-risk, high-leverage open artifacts that make production cheaper and more powerful. Over time, contributors can transition into field work, enterprise formation, or advanced open R&D. This structure allows wide participation without diluting accountability, while converting abstract talent into real civilization-building capacity.

The Civilization Design Track operates in focused, three-month phases. Each phase targets a specific economic bottleneck in the Future Builders Enterprise—starting with material cost reduction, then automation and machine foundations. Only work that ships into real production is accepted.

Principle: Every CDT phase must directly reduce cost, time, or dependency in the FBEFT within the same calendar year.

  • Each phase with a single dominant economic thesis
  • Clear handoff to FBEFT after each phase
  • Visible metrics (cost reduction, tool substitution, throughput gain)

Phase 1 Thesis

Reduce the house BOM and tool dependency by replacing proprietary, disposable, or overpriced components with open, printable, and repairable systems.

  • Immediate ROI
  • Lowest technical risk
  • Direct FBEFT impact
  • Clear cost targets
  • No heavy infrastructure required
  • Works with beginners + designers
