C i t a t i o n N e e d e d, But i’ve been thinking about this a lot recently. PFAS mainly, as most of the other CECs like Pharmaceuticals matter less (short of maybe soil invertebrate impacts?) as those should either be “burnt up” in microbially active soils (+ the wet-dry cycling of an irrigated soil)

Certain Non-Biodegradable Sweeteners/Non-PFAS but similarly “forever chemicals” are worth considering, but are much more scarce (again citation needed though…)

All in all while probably not the WORST issue of our times, this was something i was thinking up, and either i’ll dig up papers on it + get that all documented down, or potentially someone else may find this interesting + do all that while i’m working; Document Everything and all that
